We are still waiting for additional supplies of flu vaccine for those aged below 65. However, we are starting to prepare for our next flu clinic and a text message has been sent to all patients aged 50-64 to ask whether they would like a flu vaccination as part of the government’s extended programme for this year. We will aim to vaccinate these patients alongside the remaining younger patients who are eligible because of their health conditions. If you are in this age group and have not received a text message please contact the surgery to let us know if you wish to be included. Previous flu clinics have been arranged so that transition through the clinic is extremely smooth with most patients passing through the surgery in less than 2 minutes.
