Julie is responsible for the management of the practice which involves the finances, personnel, IT systems, communication with patients as well as the liaison with neighbouring practices, our Primary Care Network and our Federation (HPCA). The Practice Manager should be the first point of contact for patients wishing to register a complaint, suggestions for improvement or constructive feedback.
