Patient feedback is very important to us and is constantly used to shape our service and improve your experience. We do this through internal team meetings and also through our Patient Representation Group (PRG). The PRG meets quarterly and is responsible for overseeing our regular patient surveys, ensuring that we ask the right questions and that we take appropriate action on the results. The group is made up of around 10 volunteers who represent various sections of the practice population. If you are interested in joining please complete the following form and hand it to reception for the attention of the Practice Manager.
