Your comments can be registered as part of the Friends and Family feedback survey on our Patient Feedback Tab and also may be sent to you by text message if you have attended for an appointment. You feedback is sent to the practice electronically and is collated for the Patient Forum for discussion as a standing item on their quarterly agenda.
Actions taken as a result of your feedback as well as comments from the practice in response to your feedback is published on our ‘You Said…We Did’ page.
