If you spend time looking after someone who depends on you because of physical or mental illness, disability, frailty or substance misuse then Carers Northumberland is here to support you.
Please let the practice know that you are a carer so we can make sure you are getting the support you may need such as season flu vaccines or respite support and also so our GPs are aware that you are providing care for someone if you become unwell.
