The practice is registered and complies with the Data Protection Act 2018. Any request for access to notes by a patient, patient’s representative or outside body will be dealt with in accordance with the Act. Please contact the Practice Manager for further information.
Patients can now access information from their medical records using the NHS App or our online facility. From 9th December 2022 information relating to medications, diagnoses, test results, allergies, immunisations hospital letters and GP consultations is available to view online. If you would like access to information prior to this date please speak to a Receptionist and we will ask a GP to authorise sharing online if appropriate. We cannot share information from from previous GP practices however so information is restricted by the date you registered with us.
