From December 1st 2014 all GP practices are being asked to offer patients an opportunity to give feedback each time they visit or contact the surgery.
The main question you are being asked is whether you would recommend the surgery to your friends and family. This is seen as a way of gauging how satisfied you are overall with the service being received here.
We will take all your feedback very seriously, learning from your comments and developing our services in order to improve the things which you consider to be unsatisfactory whilst building on those aspects of our service which you think are good.
Your comments will be discussed by our Patient Representation Group and they will make suggestions as to what changes or improvements should be made.
A summary of your comments and the changes made as a result of your feedback will be regularly posted on this noticeboard.
