Corbridge Medical Group is part of a wider group of practices working together under the name West Northumberland Primary Care Network (PCN).
The PCN provides a number of services such as enhanced access clinics on an evening and weekend, Covid vaccinations through the Hexham Mart Team, enhanced care in Nursing and residential homes and our PCN has its own patient forum which meets regularly to discuss the issues which impact on patient services.
